Implant of a CustoMized cup, performed by Dr. Olivier Fontes, MD on a 78 years old patient, without removing the femoral stem already implanted.
After the preoperative study of the failed implant, it was possible toreconstruct the bone defect with a CustoMized implant and use of allograft.
