Augmented reality navigation system.

Through the use of augmented reality, the Naviswiss system assists the surgeon in the operating theatre during total hip arthroplasty.

Through three simple steps, the Naviswiss system offers the surgeon full control over cup orientation, leg length and offset.

It helps to achieve the planned result and an optimized alignment.

References are acquired through the portable and flexible device and the NAVItag trackers, which are fixed with minimally invasive pins.

The inclination and anteversion of the cup are displayed in real time during alignment and insertion.

Navigation helps in adjusting leg length and offset. The final implant parameters are listed in a detailed surgical report.
