Line of products for veterinary use

Thanks to the experience of leading orthopaedic veterinarians, over the years we have conceived and developed a line of products for veterinary medicine. We have combined their expertise with our knowledge acquired in the hospital field.

TPLO Plates

  • Available for 3.5 and 2.7 screws;
  • DCP holes for standard self-tapping cortical screws. Standard screws keep the plate attached to the tibia;
  • Threaded holes for locking screws enable stabilization of the fixation. The locking screws, anchored to the plate, make it possible to create a fixed angle construction.

Materials

Plates: Stainless steel (ISO 5832-1)
Locking screws: Stainless Steel (ISO 5832-1)
Standard cortical screws: Stainless steel (ISO 5832-1)

DPO Plates

  • 25° and 30°
  • Self-compressing holes for standard 3.5 mm self-tapping cortical screws. Standard screws keep the plate attached to the ileum and ensure effective rotation.
  • Threaded holes for locking screws, allowing a screw angle of 6°. The screws stabilize the fixation because, being anchored to the plate and having a gap between them, they offer the necessary resistance to counteract the opposing traction forces exerted by the elastic memory of the ileum subjected to torsion.
